The latest expansion of the CMAX Cinemas Palmerston website features a direct integration with their in-house ticketing system providing two key benefits.
Firstly, the administration workload has been reduced as the session times on the website populate themselves automatically from the ticketing system, saving the team hours of manual data entry.
Secondly, to extend this functionality further, tickets for all sessions are available for sale online, with ticket sale data transferred in real-time back to the ticketing system to avoid overbooking a session.
The reduced administration workload has enabled the CMAX team to spend more time on creating exciting new features at the cinema, as well as a focused integration with social media technologies such as Facebook.
Built on our inSite Content Management System, the Project Management and Controlled Information System (PMCIS) gives the project management team the ability to track, trace, share, and effectively manage their projects.
