Project Management and Control Information System (PMCIS)

The Project Management and Control Information System (PMCIS) is being developed with GBA Projects to compliment their EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) framework.

Built on a streamlined version of our inSite Website Management System, the PMCIS gives GBA Projects a powerful web-based application to assist in the tracking and accountability of project-related information. This is a prime example of just how flexible and powerful inSite can be.

PMCIS currently features:

• A tightly managed security functionality at the Project and Functional level
• A web based help system to allow tight integration with the PMCIS system and our EPCM Framework
• Logging and History for auditing and accountability management
• Meeting management including Actions and Accountability including task allocation and responsibility
• An extensive Document Management System including version control, additional access and privacy options, as well as formal Letter and Memo management
