User Access Control

Stay in control of your users

inSite features a powerful Access Control System enabling you to create and keep track of user accounts on an individual basis. This means that each team member can have their own user account which can be assigned to different parts of the system. Simply put, your users can only see what you want them to see.

User accounts make it easy to share access
To give you an idea, you could create an account for yourself that can access all areas - but then create another account that can only edit content on your site. Each account can be flexibly customised to ensure your team are accessing only the areas they should.

Need more users? No problem - you can create as many users as you need with no additional costs.

Is a team member no longer with your business? No sweat - simply disable their account with the click of a button to instantly deactivate their account and restrict their access to the system, keeping all of your other user accounts untouched.

Group your access together

Define your own Access Groups
If you have a large number of users, inSite's Access Groups make it fast to grant access to a number of areas with a single click. For example, you could create an Access Group that grants access to all of the Content Management areas of the system. To allow a user to access these areas, simply grant them access to the single group and they instantly get access to all areas within the group.
