User accounts and Access Groups make it easy to share and control who can access what - with inSite you can create as many users as you need with no additional costs.To give you an idea, you could create an account for yourself that can access all areas - but then create another account that can only edit content on your site. Each account can be flexibly customised to ensure your team are accessing only the areas they should.

Define your own Access Groups
Access Groups give you the ability to manage and group areas of the inSite administration interface, and share these access permissions with multiple users with a single click.If you have a large number of users, inSite's Access Groups make it fast to grant access to a number of areas with a single click. For example, you could create an Access Group that grants access to all of the Content Management areas of the system. To allow a user to access these areas, simply grant them access to the single group and they instantly get access to all areas within the group.
